Regina's Lingerie Football League franchise now has a name and a logo.
Regina Rage was the most suggested team name among more than 7,000 submissions, the LFL said Tuesday.
The logo and branding include green, black and white color scheme and fierce female pirate, which the league says illustrates the "aggression, beauty and confidence of an LFL athlete."
Tryouts for the fledgling team will be held March 31 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Evraz Place. Athletes are asked to arrive by 7:30 p.m.
The Regina Rage's debut game kicks off Sept. 8 at the Brandt Centre.
