The case against a Regina man charged in a fatal collision in September has been adjourned until Nov. 22.
Colby Nicholas Heid, 19, was released on bail on Sept. 8. A lawyer appeared in court on his behalf Thursday morning.
Heid is charged with impaired driving causing death in a crash that killed 37-year-old Tanner Kaufmann.
Kaufmann was out with his dog in a field near a rural road north of Regina on Sept. 4 when he was struck by a pickup truck. Kaufmann and the dog died at the scene.
