Seven new recruits were sworn in at Regina Police Service headquarters on Friday morning.
Chief Troy Hagen and local dignitaries were on hand to welcome the 71st class to join the service.
Some of the recruits are the first in their families to join policing.
The recruits start police college next week, and graduate in December.
