An employee at a Regina nursing home has been charged with assault.
Earlier this month, police received a report of an alleged assault at Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home.
It’s alleged that an employee assaulted a resident in the early hours of Dec. 5.
Tessie Weigetz, 56, has been charged with assault. She is scheduled to make her first court appearance Jan. 28.
