Statistics Canada says Saskatchewan's population grew by more than 13,500 people last year.
The federal agency says that was the third-strongest rate of growth among the provinces.
Saskatchewan also ranked third during the last quarter of 2015.
The province's total population now sits at 1,142,570 people.
