New details have emerged in the brutal murder of a former Saskatchewan woman in Alberta.
Investigators now say 33-year-old Andrea Conroy was stabbed to death in her Airdrie, Alta. home last Friday.
Police believe her ex-boyfriend, bodybuilder Rick Doucette, killed her then fled.
Doucette took his own life in a motel the next day. He had a long criminal history, including jail time for trying kill his girlfriend in Ontario and repeated cases of domestic abuse.
