One person is dead after a two-vehicle collision on the Trans-Canada Highway just east of Regina.
Emergency crews responded to the crash Friday night at the Pilot Butte turnoff on Highway 1.
RCMP say the male driver of one of the vehicles died at the scene. His name hasn’t been released.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered only minor injuries.
Westbound traffic on Highway 1 was diverted around the scene for several hours while Mounties investigated.
