Regina bus drivers will be staying below the speed limit and using their radios less frequently Tuesday as part of a planned job action.
The city says it’s surprised and disappointed to hear about the move, which officials say will lead to delays and inconveniences for bus riders.
The transit union wasn’t available for comment.
