The Sears warehouse and distribution centre on Park Street is being torn down.
Sears announced in May that the clearance centre, in Regina's Warehouse District, and the warehouse on Park, would be closing as the company downsizes.
The Sears Cornwall Centre and east end locations will remain in business.
