Conservative Andrew Scheer has held onto his seat in the Regina-Qu’Appelle riding.
Scheer defeated New Democrat Nial Kuyek, Liberal Della Anaquod and the Green Party’s Greg Chatterson.
The Tory incumbent secured 44.8 per cent of the vote in Monday’s election. Kuyek was second with 29.9 per cent, while Anaquod was third with 23 per cent and Chatterson finished last with 2.3 per cent.
Scheer was first elected in the riding in 2004, and won rematches in 2006, 2008 and 2011.
