Rare Sask. dino dung to be shown at Smithsonian

A museum in Saskatchewan is sending a piece of dinosaur poop south of the border.

The Smithsonian in Washington, DC wants to borrow the unique exhibit from the Royal Saskatchewan Museum in Regina.

Experts say the fossilized feces, called a coprolite, was dropped by a meat-eating T-rex.

It contains bone fragments from a younger creature, likely a duck-billed dino or a Triceratops.
