The Regina Police Service is reminding music fans to exercise patience when heading to the Guns N’ Roses concert at Mosaic Stadium on Sunday night.
There will be traffic restrictions in the 1500, 1600 and 1700 blocks of Elphinstone Street starting at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. There will be a free Mosaic shuttle to and from the show, with pickup and drop off at mall parking lots. When the show ends, Saskatchewan Drive will be closed from Montague Street to Argyle Street, along with the 1800 block of Elphinstone Street to allow people to get to their vehicles quickly and safely.
Police are also reminding drivers to remove valuables and lock their vehicle doors. Drivers also need to ensure they are parking legally in the residential neighbourhood near the stadium.
Concert-goers are also being reminded to drink responsibly. There will be more police officers around the area for the duration of the concert.
