The key point of my platform is to be accessible to the residents and businesses within the Ward. I believe that communications between City Hall and the community can be greatly improved; currently the onus is on the taxpayer to seek out information. I intend to be visible within the community and approachable with ideas, concerns and questions.
Issues such as policing, road repair and maintenance, and transportation are common to all areas of the city and I intend to be engaged in these discussions, ensuring that tax dollars are used efficiently and appropriately. At the same time, I look forward to helping plan for the future of Regina so we can continue to grow in a sustainable way.
I am a long-time resident of Lakeview and have shown my commitment to Regina through my many volunteer activities. I ask for this chance to serve.
