I have been in Canada since 2002 and settled in Regina in 2008. I am married and we live and work here.
I have been involved in talks with the city council about policies concerning the taxi business. I was disappointed with council’s inconsistent policies. I am committed to listening to everyone. As a citizen of Regina I feel we need to be careful with the City’s tax dollars. I feel the councilors should be held responsible for the way tax dollars are spent. Councilors should also be accountable for the way they vote. It should be recorded how they vote.
I believe affordable housing is important for everyone . As a professional driver here I know roads need more upkeep. We should be keeping up better with our infrastructure. We know that finding the money is a matter of priorities.
