Joel Murray is a life long resident of Ward 6. He grew up and attended school in North Central and currently lives in the Warehouse District. He also has strong family ties in Al Ritchie. He co-owns a construction company that is located in Eastview. Joel has been surrounded by civic politics for more than half of his life. He has a unique understanding of our wards challenges and opportunities. He has watched the community grow and has a vested interest in the future of OUR Ward.
Platform:
Work closely with the Regina Police Service, Community Associations and Field Experts to develop and expand on anti gang strategies and youth/family programs.
Provide incentives for home builders and buyers, making home ownership a reality for our younger generations.
Ensure that the continued Regina Revitalization Initiative Projects will integrate well into our community.
Minimize municipal downloading from Provincial and Federal Governments.
